Solution
Application page settings may conflict with deskPDF print properties. To convert your document to the correct size with accurate scaling and content placement, please ensure the page size defined in your source application matches the '
Paper Size
' selection in deskPDF's Advanced printer Properties illustrated on page 16 of the User Guide:

If your paper size is not selectable, you may alternatively define a "
PostScript Custom Page Size
" from the same selection menu. In Microsoft Word, you must also select this option from the '
Scale to paper size
' menu in the bottom left corner of the Print dialogue after performing the previous step. If Word is unable to accept the Postscript custom page size, please review the steps in the follow article:
