 Difficulty Activating
Solution If you are encountering difficulty activating, you may require a manual activation code.  This may be due to a connection issue between your network and our servers, possibly due to a firewall or other security measures.

First, open the Activate window from within the program itself or from your Start Menu (Start->All Programs->Docudesk->desk[UN]PDF->Activate or Upgrade).

Next, please copy and email us your "Installation/Machine ID" number from the computer you intend to register so we may retrieve your unique remote activation code that does not require online verification.  This number will begin with 1001 or 1002.

For immediate resolution you may:
  • "Request Activation Code" from your Account page: http://my.docudesk.com To access the activation link, first click your order and then the product you are attempting to activate. Next, click "Request Manual Activation Code" and enter the current Machine ID.  For help logging in or finding your order, please review this Knowledge Base article.
  • Alternatively, from the product activation screen, click "Request desk[UN]PDF Activation Help".  Next, click "Request Activation" and enter as much information as possible.  Once your order is verified, a manual code will be provided based on your current Machine ID.
