	Editing Scanned PDF's (Optical Character Recognition)

Solution PDF's which have been scanned in require Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to edit the PDF. Scanned PDF's contain only the image of text, rather than actual text. OCR is necessary to analyze the image and create editable text.
