Can I edit a PDF in DocQ?
Can I edit a PDF in DocQ?
Solution
DocQ is the easiest way to annotate PDF’s. To add an annotation to your PDF, simply upload your PDF, and open in the
DocQ
viewer. The annotations available are on the left hand side of the screen under the ‘Markup’, ‘Shapes’, and ‘Forms’ menus. Available annotations include electronic signatures, the typewriter tool, sticky notes, hyperlinks, shape & drawing tools, and insertion of images. Fillable form fields include text boxes, radio buttons, check boxes, combo boxes, list boxes, and more.
To edit the existing text of the PDF, or to process the document using
Optical Character Recognition
(OCR), Docudesk offers the
deskUNPDF
desktop application. deskUNPDF can convert a PDF into several editable formats such as .doc, html, .xls & image formats. The available OCR module makes it easy to work with PDF’s which have been scanned in, or otherwise convert as image only.
For a video demonstration of the PDF editing capabilities in DocQ, please see this video:
